1. High-Performance Oil-Lubricated Exciter
The
exciter features an eccentric shaft design with maintenance-free oil
lubrication, ensuring low running resistance and bearing temperature
rise below 40°C. Large oil tank capacity allows oil changes every
1000-1500 hours, significantly reducing maintenance costs. The external
block eccentric structure provides strong excitation force with easy
amplitude adjustment by adding or removing counterweight blocks.
2. Robust and Precision-Engineered Screen Box
Side
plates are CNC laser-cut with no weld points, ensuring high accuracy
and eliminating weld stress. Exciter mounting holes are machined by
high-precision CNC boring and milling for perfect coaxiality and
parallelism. All structural connections use high-strength torsion shear
bolts, providing superior reliability even under tough working
conditions.
3. Durable Components for Extended Service Life
The
eccentric shaft is forged from high-quality steel, CNC-machined,
heat-treated, and precision-ground. Heavy-duty vibrating screen bearings
offer higher load capacity and longer service life. An
abrasion-resistant guard pipe with protective tiles effectively prevents
oil chamber wear. Feed and discharge chutes feature wear-resistant
liners for enhanced durability.
4. User-Friendly Design for Easy Maintenance
Large
deck spacing facilitates convenient screen replacement and maintenance.
Cross beam ends are machined as a whole to ensure shape tolerance. The
fixed integral spring support offers excellent rigidity with dispersed
stress on the screen box, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
The YA series circular vibrating screen operates on circular motion vibration generated by an eccentric shaft exciter. The motor drives the exciter through V-belts, causing the eccentric shaft to rotate at high speed and create centrifugal force, which generates full-range circular vibrating motion of the screen box.
The exciter features a through-shaft design with external block eccentric structure. As the eccentric shaft rotates, counterweight blocks produce unbalanced centrifugal forces that drive the screen box in a circular trajectory. Amplitude can be easily adjusted by adding or removing counterweight blocks to suit different materials and screening requirements.
Vibration is transmitted evenly to the screen box through precisely machined exciter mounting holes. Material fed onto the screen deck moves along the surface in a circular path, allowing smaller particles to pass through openings while larger particles travel to the discharge end.
The oil lubrication system maintains bearing temperature rise below 40°C. Oil changes are required only every 1000-1500 hours, significantly lowering maintenance costs. Abrasion-resistant guards prevent oil chamber wear, extending service life.
The screen box uses high-strength torsion shear bolts for reliability under tough conditions. Fixed integral spring supports provide rigidity while dispersing stress. Wear-resistant liners protect feed and discharge chutes. Material is continuously fed, screened, and discharged, enabling efficient screening for aggregates, mining, coal, chemical, and recycling applications.
