1. Robust Cast Steel Structure
The
crusher body is made of cast steel with reinforcing ribs at high-stress
points, ensuring exceptional durability under heavy-load conditions.
Inner and outer copper eccentric bushings, together with a steel ball
seat and copper ball seat cover, provide reliable operation. A
spring-floated dust ring offers automatic regulation during operation,
extending component service life.
2. Hydraulic Adjustment & Cavity Cleaning
The
hydraulic adjustment mechanism allows quick and precise discharge
opening setting. The hydraulic cavity-clearing system, featuring four
cylinders on the bottom plate with a recommended clearing distance of
75mm, clears blockages rapidly. This significantly reduces downtime and
improves overall operational efficiency.
3. Spring-Type Iron Release Protection
When
hard foreign objects such as tramp iron enter the crushing chamber, the
spring-type release mechanism allows the upper frame to float up,
letting uncrushable materials pass through without damaging the machine.
After the object is discharged, the upper frame automatically returns
to its normal position, allowing crushing to resume immediately.
4. Efficient External Lubrication System
The
high-efficiency external lubrication system includes an oil pump, oil
tank, and pipeline. The crusher shuts down automatically if oil
temperature becomes too high or oil flow is too slow, preventing damage
from inadequate lubrication. A heat exchanger is provided for heating or
cooling the oil when necessary, ensuring optimal performance under
various conditions.
The ZX Series Compound Cone Crusher is mainly used for secondary and subsequent crushing stages. At the center of the main shaft in the crusher body is a cone core and a movable tooth plate, with the spherical surface of the cone core placed on the eccentric seat. Since the center hole of the eccentric seat is not concentric with the body hole, the rotation of the eccentric seat drives the main shaft to rotate.
Under the upper chamber is a fixed tooth plate, which together with the movable tooth plate forms the crushing chamber. The feeding platform ensures material falls evenly onto the distribution plate center. The rotary motion guarantees uniform material flow into the crushing chamber, where the material is crushed by compression, bending, and shearing forces between the two tooth plates. The crushed material is then continuously discharged from the bottom.
The upper frame, which connects the upper chamber and fixed tooth plate, is mounted on the body through peripheral release springs. If hard foreign objects such as iron blocks are mixed with the material, the release springs allow the upper frame to float up, letting the uncrushable material pass through and preventing overload or damage. After the foreign object is discharged, the upper frame automatically returns to its original position, and normal crushing continues. This cycle repeats continuously, enabling efficient and reliable crushing operation.
